Our podiatry team helps people with foot and lower limb problems caused by medical conditions like diabetes or arthritis.

Perinatal Mental Health Service

We help people who are pregnant or have recently had a baby and are experiencing mental health difficulties. We provide specialist care to support emotional wellbeing during this important time.

Dementia and Older Peoples Community Mental Health Service, Castle Point and Rochford

We help older adults living with dementia or other mental health conditions. Our team offers specialist assessments, treatment, and support to improve quality of life for both individuals and their carers.
