EPUT learning disability Service works in partnership with Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT), together we are Essex Learning Disability Partnership (ELDP). EPUT provide learning disability services In South Essex and HPFT provide services across North Essex.

Southend Wheelchair Service, Custom Seating and Mobility Needs

The Wheelchair Service assesses and provides suitable wheelchairs and equipment for clients with long-term mobility needs, offering ongoing support and regular reviews.

Speech & Language Therapy West Essex

Our team helps adults aged 18 and over who have problems with speaking, understanding language, or swallowing.

Early Supported Discharge Service (ESD)

The multidisciplinary team provides early, intensive, specialist assessment and rehabilitation in the community for Stroke Survivors (18 years +) for up to six weeks.

Children’s Community Asthma Service (CCAS)

The team collaborates with parents, caregivers, and health experts to support children and young people dealing with asthma and allergies. They engage families and promote their involvement in their child's evaluation and care.

Essex Health & Justice Service

The Essex Health & Justice Service provide a service for people aged 10 years and over who are in the criminal justice system.

District Nursing

The district nursing service offers nursing support for housebound patients and their families to aid and support clinical needs in the patient’s own home.

Dietetics

Comprehensive Nutrition and Dietetic advice and support for long term conditions. Specialist advice for nutritional support, diabetes, gastroenterology and others. Home enteral feeding service for community patients.

Dementia Intensive Support Team (DIST)

DIST provides intensive support to patients with dementia of any age and will attempt to prevent hospital admissions to both acute and psychiatric hospitals.

Dementia Care Homes

Our Dementia care homes, Clifton Lodge and Rawreth Court are managed by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
