Recovering Quality of Life (ReQol)

ReQoL is a Patient Reported Outcome Measure (PROM) which has been developed to assess the quality of life for people with different mental health conditions through a questionnaire.

Patients Know Best

Patients Know Best (PKB) is our online patient portal being gradually introduced to give you access to some of the information we hold in our IT systems. Information from PKB also feeds into the NHS App, making it easy for you to view your health information online, at any time.

Trauma buddy

Trauma Buddy’s aim is to help staff and patients built a therapeutic relationship faster and reduce the risk of further trauma while patients are on our psychiatric and physically focused wards.

Neurodevelopmental support

The South East Essex Neurodevelopmental Service supports children who have a neurodevelopmental disorder as well as their parents and carers. It is available for children and young people living in the Southend, Castle Point and Rochford area.
