We supports marginalised and vulnerable adults into mainstream health services across Suffolk.

Forensic Low Secure Inpatient Service
Provide care to people between the ages of 18 to 65 who are detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.

Forensic Inpatient Service
Provide individualised care and evaluation of the patient’s progress and recovery.

Early Supported Discharge Service (ESD)
The multidisciplinary team provides early, intensive, specialist assessment and rehabilitation in the community for Stroke Survivors (18 years +) for up to six weeks.

Children’s Asthma and Allergy Service (CAA)
The team collaborates with parents, caregivers, and health experts to support children and young people dealing with asthma and allergies. They engage families and promote their involvement in their child's evaluation and care.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK)
The MSK Physiotherapy team provide expert assessment, treatment, advice and support to help with a variety of issues involving the musculoskeletal system.

West Essex Dementia and Frailty Services
We are an assessment, diagnostic and treatment service for people concerned about their memory as well as people over the age of 75 with complex mental health needs.

Essex Support and Treatment for Early Psychosis (ESTEP) – South East Essex
We provide specialist care for people aged 14 to 65 years old, who are experiencing psychosis for the first time in teams across Essex.

The Essex Health & Justice Service provide a service for people aged 10 years and over who are in the criminal justice system.

EPUT Neuromodulation Service
EPUT Neuromodulation service is the first specialist clinic offering Neuromodulation treatment in the eastern region of England.

District Nursing
The district nursing service offers nursing support for housebound patients and their families to aid and support clinical needs in the patient’s own home.

Dietetics
Comprehensive Nutrition and Dietetic advice and support for long term conditions. Specialist advice for nutritional support, diabetes, gastroenterology and others. Home enteral feeding service for community patients.

Dementia Intensive Support Team (DIST)
DIST provides intensive support to patients with dementia of any age and will attempt to prevent hospital admissions to both acute and psychiatric hospitals.

Our Dementia care homes, Clifton Lodge and Rawreth Court are managed by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

Cumberlege Intermediate Care Centre
Cumberlege Intermediate Care Centre (CICC) provides inpatient rehabilitation and discharge planning for adults who require rehabilitation after a period of illness, immobility, stroke or a fall.
