The service can provide these products for children aged 5 and over who have a medical reason that affects their bladder or bowel control.
Before products are provided, your child will have an assessment to understand their needs. They will be reviewed regularly, and support will focus on helping them develop healthy bladder and bowel habits.
When a child becomes toilet trained, the supply of nappies or pads will stop. Any unused products will need to be returned to the NHS.
