Community nursing has transformed over the years, providing care that helps prevent hospital stays and allows people to receive support in the comfort of their own homes. 

In Essex we have pharmacy staff working in the Pharmacy Department at Chelford Court, and based at Basildon Mental Health Unit, Brockfield House, the Linden Centre, the Kingswood Centre, and the Derwent Centre.

The EPUT activity also requires the support of many people in non-clinical roles who cover a wide range of functions.
