Relocation package
EPUT offers a relocation package of up to £8,000. Covering a number of expenditures for new recruits relocating from 30 miles or more from their new work base at EPUT. We also provide Local Guidance and Information to help you settle in our area.

Located in the East of England, Essex neighbours Kent and Greater London to the south, Hertfordshire to the west and Suffolk to the north, providing a wide choice of places to live while working here. The highly developed transport network offers good roads, fast trains and convenient local bus routes.
The busy Stansted Airport is also located in Essex serving destinations in Europe, North Africa and Asia. Southend Airport is also operating serving flights to Europe. Luton Airport is an hour away from many destinations in Essex, too.
Life in Essex
Our largest cities are Southend-on-Sea, Colchester and Chelmsford combine ancient history with modern architecture and a well-developed economy. Vibrant city streets offer a variety of international restaurant and cafes, offering fresh and delicious food from all over the world alongside traditional British pubs and eateries within smaller market towns. Shops range from big supermarkets to small corner shops and high street brands that offer food, goods and home essentials.

Essex is a haven for walkers and bikers. The main Essex Way crosses the county from south-west to north-east, but there are many countryside trails and walks to choose from. Denham Vale and Suffolk Coast are areas of outstanding natural beauty and there are also plenty of country park and nature reserves to explore.
We also have many tourist spots with over 14,000 listed buildings, Roman historical sites, museums and stately homes to visit.
