At EPUT we have an established multi-professional programme of support that is delivered to our newly qualified, return to practice and internationally recruited registered Nursing and Allied Health Professional staff.
Each newly qualified registered professional is allocated a Preceptor who will be an experienced qualified professional who will offer support, guidance and mentoring.
A profession specific workbook will be allocated to guide the preceptorship process and encourage continuing professional development and reflection with the aim of ensuring a good foundation in your first year of practice.
In addition there are monthly study days provided where you will receive learning on a variety of topics as well as peer support and guidance.
