To see how our treatment is helping, from time to time, we ask the people we support to tell us about their mental health and wellbeing.
The feedback we get helps us see how well we are doing and what is working for different people. Filling in the feedback can also help people receiving treatment notice any changes in their mental health and wellbeing.
The services involved in this initiative include Psychotherapy, the Personality Disorder & Complex Needs Team (PDCN Team), and the Transitions Intensive Psychology Service (TIPS – a service supporting those moving from in-patient to out-patient settings).
We use a digital-first approach, so most questions are answered online. The questions we ask are common and used in similar services across the country.
We measure outcomes for evaluation purposes only. If you are at risk, it is vital that you seek urgent help. Information on how to do this is available via: www.eput.nhs.uk/in-crisis/. We cannot guarantee that what you tell us through the outcome measures questions will be available to our staff within the timeframe that may be necessary to provide you with support.
