Service Information
You can access our range of online treatments immediately and if you require more intensive interventions we are also able to arrange access to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, Counsellors and Cognitive Behavioural Therapists both remotely and in person, accessible after a short telephone assessment with a qualified practitioner.
Provided by Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), our service makes a range of therapies available, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Counselling for Depression amongst others, to anyone over the age of 18 who live in South East Essex or over the age of 16 who live in North East Essex and who are not currently receiving secondary mental health care or crisis services.
