Older people inpatient services are provided for people over the age of 65 with a functional or organic mental illness.
Service Information
Please contact the ward before your visit, so they know you are coming, allowing them to communicate this to staff and ensure you are admitted without delay.
Referral Information
Referrals are made by GPs, Community Mental Health Teams or the Accident and Emergency Department.
Referrals are also accepted for people under the age of 65 who have early onset dementia.
