Service information
The IOT is a multi-Disciplinary team with specialist Nursing, Occupational Therapy (OT), Psychology and Support Workers providing care to people who have:
- Evidence of severe and enduring mental illness including noncompliance of medication and disengagement.
- Clients who require more intensity than generic community secondary services can offer.
- High frequency and intensity of challenging behaviour.
- Frequent admission to Inpatient units in the last two years.
- People with diagnosis of severe and enduring mental health.
