    The Here For You team will be hosting an online bitesize webinar as part of the Alcohol Change UK’s, Dry January month. We will be exploring the use of alcohol as a way of managing stressors, the impact of alcohol on health and wellbeing and offering some strategies to help increase awareness of alcohol and how to reduce use if necessary. We will also include details of organizations who may be able to support with this further.
