I am a GP with a background in lifestyle medicine and counselling. I am passionate about holistic, person-centred care and improving access to services for all. I have board experience and have served on a Quality and Impact Committee. I live in Buckhurst Hill with my husband and our three children. I enjoy working with families, supporting emotional wellbeing, and helping people thrive. I value community voice and believe everyone should have the opportunity to be heard and supported with dignity.

I hope to support the Trust in delivering high-quality, inclusive services that reflect the real needs of the community. I would like to help build stronger partnerships between the Trust and the people it serves. I bring clinical experience, strategic insight from governance roles, and a strong commitment to listening and advocating for those whose voices may not always be heard. I am approachable, reflective, and open to learning. This role is a chance for me to contribute meaningfully and help shape services that truly make a difference in people’s lives.
