“I currently work within the Estates with responsibility for Sustainability at EPUT and have a professional background spanning engineering, governance, audit, compliance, business improvement and sustainability. Over the course of my career I have worked across a number of sectors and organisations, supporting change, improvement and good governance.

I stood as a Staff Governor because I believe staff should have a strong and independent voice within the Trust. My role is to listen to colleagues, understand the issues that matter to them and represent those views constructively and honestly.

I believe organisations are at their best when people feel heard, valued and respected. As a Governor I aim to be approachable, ask questions when needed, provide constructive challenge and support positive change that benefits staff, patients and the wider organisation”.
