Elena has more than 20 years of board level experience in executive and non-executive capacities. Her experience includes front line and board level volunteering at mental health charities, including Bipolar UK, Herts Mind and St Andrew’s Healthcare. She is also a non-executive director at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Originally working in the private equity sector, Elena has been a partner in a major financial institution with responsibility for financial and legal affairs and has also worked as a restructuring CEO in portfolio companies.
Elena is a qualified accountant and a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
