Before joining EPUT, Andrew was Chief People Officer at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for over four years. Andrew has extensive experience in the health and care service with a career spanning over 28 years, where he has worked on four trust boards in an executive role. He is a graduate of law and human resource management at University in Scotland and the US.
