Come along for an informal chat to find out about support available in Castle Point and Rochford
People who are living with mental health conditions or struggling with poor mental health are invited to a health and wellbeing event to meet organisations who can help.
The Stepping Stones event will be held on Tuesday 26 May from 2pm to 4pm in The Feelgood Suite at The Paddocks, Long Road, Canvey.
Visitors can speak to a variety of local services and community organisations in an informal and welcoming space to see what support is available and make connections.
