To celebrate the upcoming National Apprenticeship Week from 7 to 13 February 2022, Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) is highlighting apprenticeship opportunities within health and social care services in Essex.
Activities include online and in-person events, and a week-long #AskAnEPUTApprentice social media campaign.
EPUT will host a free drop-in information session for aspiring health and social care apprentices at Anglia Ruskin University, Chelmsford Campus on Thursday 10 February 2022 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.
The team will be based in the Marconi building, rooms MAR010 and MAR011 ready to answer questions and discuss apprenticeship opportunities across Essex. Full details are available on the EPUT website.
For those unable to make the Chelmsford event, the Trust will hold a virtual panel discussion event on Monday 7 February 2022, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
The panel will feature representatives from a range of professional backgrounds as they give an overview of different apprenticeship routes available at EPUT, including:
- Health and social care
- Psychological professions
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech and language therapy
- Podiatry
Panellists will cover key information including what each apprenticeship involves, entry requirements, how to apply, and future career progression. Attendees will also be able to share their questions and comments through the Q&A feature.
The online event is free to attend and there’s no need to register in advance – simply visit the EPUT website to find joining details.
A recording of the session will also be posted on the EPUT NHS YouTube channel for those who are unable to join live.
