South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) are holding another ‘Have Your Say’ meeting to discuss your queries and concerns.
If you are currently using SEPT’s mental health services in south west Essex, or have a friend or relative who is, and would like to give feedback or ask questions about your experiences, please join us at our Mental Health Stakeholder Forum where you can ‘Have Your Say’.
The meeting will be chaired by the Associate Director of Community Mental Health Services for south west Essex, and is a great opportunity to have your say and get to know more about what is going on in your services.
The event will take place on Wednesday 15 June from 18.00 – 20.00 at the George Hurd Activity Centre, Audley Way, Basildon, Essex, SS14 2FL.
