South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (SEPT) are holding another ‘Have Your Say’ meeting to discuss your queries and concerns.
If you are currently using SEPT’s mental health services in south east Essex, or have a friend or relative who is, and would like to give feedback or ask questions about your experiences, please join us at our Mental Health Stakeholder Forum where you can ‘Have Your Say’.
The meeting will be chaired by the Associate Director of Community Mental Health Services, and is a great opportunity to have your say and get to know more about what is going on in your services.
The event will take place on Monday 6 February 2016 from 14:00 – 16:00 at the University of Essex, Southend Campus, Gateway Building, Elmer Approach, Southend, SS1 1LW
