Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) is holding a Mental Health Forum in Southend to discuss your queries and concerns.
If you are currently using EPUT’s mental health services in south east Essex, or have a friend or relative who is, and would like to give feedback or ask questions about your experiences, please join us at our Mental Health Stakeholder Forum where you can ‘Have Your Say’.
The meeting is a great opportunity to have your say and get to know more about what is going on in your services.
The event will take place on Monday 30 April from, 14:00 – 16:00 at The University of Essex, Southend Campus, Elmer Approach, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 1LW.
