From Wednesday 23 May 2018, some community services at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) will have new telephone numbers.
Patients, carers, voluntary organisations, health professionals, other NHS Trusts and members of the public should update their records with the new telephone numbers below.

All of the teams listed above with the exception of the DIST will be located at Rochford Hospital at Willow Ward and Ashingdon House. The DIST is based at the Harland Centre.
These new telephone numbers will be the best way for patients, carers, other healthcare professionals and members of the public to contact the services listed above.
