
Join us as an apprentice nursing associate!
We are supporting talented individuals who live locally to begin their nursing journey and work to support their community. Achieve a Level 5 Associate Nurse Foundation Degree and NMC registration.
- What you need: Health and Social Level 3
- GCSE C or above, 4 – 9, Maths and English (New GCSE Grading) OR Functional Skills Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
As part of this role, you will receive full NHS benefits. The course is fully funded, providing you with the support and resources you need to learn while you work.

Commitment
The course is 24 months and you will be required to work 30 hours or more. You may do so for the duration of the apprenticeship. You will attend weekly face-to-face sessions at the university, and have the opportunity to attend placements which will help with your learning.
Progression
Once you have successfully completed the full 24 month course, you will be eligible to apply for a band 4 nursing associate role (Current salary £25,147 – £27,596).
You will also have the tools at your disposal to begin your full nursing training which will be fully funded by the Trust. You will also be supported to achieve Level 6 (22 month degree course). Once this is completed, you can continue on the apprenticeship pathway to become a registered nurse.
