How do I apply?
Click the link below to start your NHS Healthcare Assistant journey through NEO, our virtual recruitment system. NEO will ask a few questions about your background and work history.
You can respond to NEO by typing or speaking. Please answer honestly and in detail. This information is used to match you with suitable roles. If you are a good fit for EPUT, your details will be sent to our team for the next stage of your journey.
What happens next?
We will contact you by phone to complete your pre-screening. If we are unable to reach you after a few attempts, we will assume you do not wish to continue. Within 48 hours of speaking with us, you will be informed whether you have been accepted into the HCA talent pool.
If successful, you will receive opportunities to apply for EPUT HCA vacancies that match the preferences you shared during pre-screening. This helps you find roles in the areas you want to work. If a particular role isn’t the right fit, you can remain in the talent pool until a suitable position becomes available.
