To see how our treatment is helping, we ask the people we support to tell us about their mental health and wellbeing. During their time with EPUT’s Personality Disorder & Complex Needs (PDCN) services, we sometimes ask them questions to understand how they are doing.
The feedback we get helps us see how well we are doing and what is working for different people. Filling in the feedback can also help people receiving treatment notice any changes in how they are feeling.
The services involved in this initiative include Psychotherapy, the PDCN team, and Transitions (i.e. for those moving from in-patient to out-patient settings).
We use a digital-first approach, so most questions are answered online. The questions we ask are common and used in similar services.
