Enable East is an innovative, self-funded NHS team within Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
We deliver commissioned consultancy services across a variety of sectors to help review practise and process and make measurable service improvements. We also deliver grant-funded programmes that improve public wellbeing and support our local communities as part of the Trusts Social Impact Strategy.
We have a small central team with experienced colleagues joining us to deliver our community programmes, and a large pool of highly skilled Associates working with us on our commercial contracts. Collectively we have years of experience working in and for the public and private sectors and in community settings, so we have a deep understanding of the aspirations and challenges our partners and customers are presented with.

One of our strengths is that we work across sectors and with a wide range of stakeholders, so we’re able to appreciate the needs of different organisations working in different systems. We are experienced in Co-Production and our grant funded programmes are always delivered in partnership with community based organisations.
